Bako National Park Emblem Bako National Park Emblem

The coastline of this Park consists of numerous magnificent and secluded beaches bound by cliffs which have been carved by wave erosion into an incredible array of shapes and patterns as seen in this cloth badge which is available at the Park. The monkeys, totally protected species like the silver tailed macaques and silver leaf monkeys have grown used to people. Bako's main attraction is its plant diversity. Among this plant life are the strange carnivorous plants like the pitcher plants, sundews and bladderworts.
